dude - the whole point of nancy is the number of rounds...!! but 112 pullups is impressive. Good stuff... looks like school is keeping you busy, haha
ReplyDeleteawesome job on Diane too... your shoulders were probably shaky for the OHS from doing all those HSPU, lol... Nancy is the WOD at our box today. I'm not going to do it since I just did it Friday, but that has to be one of my favorite workouts...
