Shoulder Press: 135 (PR from 125)
Deadlift: 315 (PR from 285)
overall pretty happy about the SP and deadlift, but was hoping that i could get up to 265 (since 255 was my PR last time). Time to start TCA's lifting program I've been meaning to start?

yeaaaaaaaaa CFT > 700! good job!
ReplyDeletelifting and CF helps build a little more strength - it might balance you out since you're a BEAST at metcon...
have you started looking at 2x a days yet? it's rough, haha... just make sure you're not stretched too thin for med school. I don't want to hear about you pulling a CFT in a month of 1000, but forgetting medical stuff. We need people to fix us...!!
